Skip Werke & BC

Skip Werke & BC have been best friends and musical partners for decades and started to play the blues as teenagers after Skip experienced a performance by country blues greats Sonny Terry & Brownie McGhee. While Skip got absorbed in the roots of blues, BC was heavily influenced by British band covers of blues classics. The resulting influences are a fast-paced acoustic style of country blues that breaks out in performances of both original music and a variety of cover tunes in their repertoire.
