Looking for a fun way to give of your time to your community? GET A "TASTE" OF TASTE OF HUDSON: There are numerous ways for your company, organization or for you individually to get involved with Taste of Hudson.

VOLUNTEER:

Volunteers for the 2010 Taste are needed to assist with various event elements to include but not limited to:

  • Event Set Up/Tear Down
  • Registration
  • Ticket Sales
  • Event Hosts/Hostesses for: Registration, Cooking Demo Tent, Children's Pavilion, Tend to needs of Sponsors and Restaurants in Culinary
  • Entertainment, Stage Hands, Production Assistants
  • Security/Traffic
  • Clean Up - During and after event

SPONSORSHIPS Taste of Hudson offers several levels of sponsorships including Co-Promoting, In-Association With, Friends of The Taste and Hudson Club. Each level provides promotional and advance advertising opportunities and on-site festival presence. RESTAURANTS The Taste is a Hudson area culinary showcase. First opportunity for restaurant participation is provided to restaurants located in or near Hudson. Through your 10’ x 10’ tent, located on the Windstream Communications Culinary Green at First & Main, you will be permitted to sell sample-sized portions and expose your restaurant, food and chef to thousands of area residents. This may also include the opportunity for your chef to participate in the Culinary Demonstrations. The restauraunt line-up for the 2010 Taste is completely filled up. If interested in being placed on the wait list for 2011 please contace Carrie Gynn, Restaurant Coordinator, at viaous@roadrunner.com.

CORPORATE EXHIBITOR AND VENDOR TENTS A cost effective way for your company or organization to meet and greet the thousands of Taste of Hudson attendees. You may sample or sell product from your Corporate Exhibit Tent. However food items or beverages are not permitted to be sold from exhibitor tents. Exhibitor space for 2010 is completely SOLD OUT.

HUDSON NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS As a recognized non-profit organization that calls Hudson its home, you are welcome to participate in Taste of Hudson as an exhibitor at non-profit exhibitor rates. Exhibitor space for 2010 is completely SOLD OUT.

ARTISANS AND CRAFTERS Are you an artist or crafter who sells your creations? Want to market your art and crafts to an upscale audience? Click here for Taste of Hudson Art Fair information and Application. Applications will not be after July 15.

ENTERTAINERS/MUSICIANS/STREET PERFORMERS The 2010 entertainment schedule is completely booked. If you are interested in performing at The 2011 Taste September 5-6, 2010 please send CD’s, tape, photos and bios to Matt Lerner, Taste of Hudson Entertainment Coordinator, PO Box 312, Hudson, Ohio 44236 or email Matt at matthewlerner@yahoo.com. IN-KIND SERVICES Taste of Hudson would like to work with local suppliers and service companies in exchange for promotional considerations.
