Taste Of Hudson 2010 entertainment PREVIEW

The entertainment for the 2010 Taste of Hudson will offer an unbelievably diverse, eclectic and exciting line-up of local and regional talent. From jazz, blues, classic rock, modern rock, alternative, zdydeco and folk to dance, magic and children’s performances The Taste offers non-stop music and entertainment from 7 stages located throughout the festival grounds! Many of our entertainers have earned repeat performances from previous Tastes and earning a spot in the line-up has become more difficult over the years. Therefore, you’ll be amazed at what you see and hear.

As always, admission to Taste of Hudson is FREE (except for the food and beverages, of course) so that means that attendees can listen to over 90 of the area's best musical acts and entertainers for FREE as well. Plan to spend your day leisurely strolling through the festival and taking in all the sights, sounds and tastes.

Once again this year you will enjoy great entertainment in the North End Wine & Beer Tasting Garden, located on the back patio of the Hudson Library and Historical Society. In addition to a great line-up of live music, patrons can enjoy tastes dozens of varieties of wine and a wide selection of international beers. Chef Andrew Jackson and the culinary staff of Laurel Lake will offer appetizer accompaniment.

Make plans to be at the Wine & Beer Tasting Garden for a special “after festival" party on Sunday (Sept. 5) from 8-10PM. Have fun and dance to the music of the popular LaFlavour, one of the best show bands around, returning for an encore performance. Get there early and bring your lawn chairs!

The 2010 schedule will be posted here August 1, 2010. There may still be a couple of open stage times, so if interested in performing at the 2010 Taste of Hudson please contact Matt Lerner, Entertainment Coordinator at matthewlerner@yahoo.com.
